Induction Heating

Induction Heating Equipment

Advanced Induction Heating Solutions

Teltech offers advanced induction heating equipment built for durability, efficiency and precision. Our induction heating systems deliver quick and even heating for metal hardening, brazing, forging, annealing and shrink fitting. Because the heating is non-contact, our machines save energy, reduce heat loss and help you produce more in less time.

We design every machine to fit your needs, so our range of induction heating machines works for small workshops as well as large factories.

Our Induction Heating and Melting Products

  • Induction Heating Machine: For hardening, forging, annealing and shrink fitting
  • Induction Brazing Machine: For clean, strong joints in copper, brass and steel
  • Gold Melting Machine: For gold, silver and other precious metals
  • Induction Melting Furnace: For fast, high-quality melting of metals
  • Induction Casting Furnace: For accurate pouring and better casting results

Industrial Induction Heater for Lower Energy Costs

Our industrial induction heater uses very little power, which helps you cut running costs without losing heating performance. Compared to old heating methods, induction heating gives you:

  • Faster heating cycles
  • Better control over temperature and the process
  • Safer working conditions, with no open flame

Induction Brazing Machine for Strong Joints

Looking for a reliable induction brazing machine? Our induction brazing equipment heats only the joint area, so you get clean, strong and repeatable results. It works well with copper, brass, steel and other metals. Whether you need a single machine or a full induction brazing system for a production line, we can supply one that suits your job.

Gold Melting Machine and Furnace

Teltech makes a gold melting machine that melts gold and other precious metals quickly, with minimal metal loss. Jewellers, refiners and bullion businesses trust our gold melting furnace for its steady temperature, safe operation and easy handling. As an experienced gold melting machine manufacturer, we offer models in different capacities for both small and industrial use.

Induction Melting Furnace for Industrial Use

Our electric induction melting furnace melts metals fast and keeps the quality of the metal high. It is clean, energy-efficient and easy to operate. We work as both an induction melting furnace manufacturer and supplier, so you get dependable machines along with good after-sales support.

Induction Casting Furnace for Better Casting Quality

Our industrial induction casting furnace gives smooth melting and accurate pouring temperature, which means fewer defects in your final product. As a trusted induction casting furnace manufacturer, we build furnaces in different sizes to match your production needs.

Customized Induction Heating Systems

We specialize in custom-built induction heating systems. With our experience in high-frequency and medium-frequency technology, we create solutions for different materials, shapes and heating requirements. Tell us about your application, and our team will help you choose or design the right machine.

Industries We Serve

Our induction heating equipment is used in many industries:

  • Aerospace and defence
  • Automobile and auto parts
  • Metal processing and forging
  • Jewellery and precious metal refining
  • Foundries and casting units
  • Tools, pipes and fasteners manufacturing
  • Electrical and HVAC (copper and brass brazing)

Applications of Induction Heating

  • Metal hardening and tempering
  • Brazing and soldering
  • Forging and billet heating
  • Annealing and stress relieving
  • Shrink fitting
  • Metal melting and casting

How Induction Heating Works

Induction heating uses a magnetic field to create heat inside the metal itself. An alternating current passes through a copper coil, which creates a changing magnetic field. When a metal part is placed inside this field, heat is produced directly in the part. There is no flame and no direct contact, so heating is fast, clean and easy to control.
